Miracle C Compiler - Linking issues?

I'm running the program Miracle C. When I try to build the program, I
receive an error saying: failed to open for write in linker.
A guy in my class said that if I run the program as an administrator, then
it will work and will write the .exe file. However, when I right click on
Miracle C, it doesn't have that option in the menu. When I go into
Properties -> Shortcut -> Advanced, the option to 'Run as Administrator' is
grayed out.
I verified that the user account I am logged on with has Admin priviledges
though.
Any suggestions???
Thanks!!
Sunny

Re: Miracle C Compiler - Linking issues?

In Vista, even when you 'run as admin', the process you run cannot launch
another process as admin. To use that Compiler on Vista, you would probably
have to turn off the User Access Control in User Accounts. Even then, it
might be necessary to use the default Administrator account.
