| | Unable to download Word 2002 and Publisher 2002 updates Unable to download Microsoft Word 2002 update (KB950243) and Microsoft Publisher 2002 update (KB950129). I had the same problem a couple of months ago, and the responder gave me two web sites so I could download each update separately, and that solved the problem. May I have them again, please?
