| | Start Button Shortcuts don't work Got a new PC with Vista Home Premium loaded and activated. If you click on the Start Button and then click "Control Panel", Vista tries to start Control panel but fails. The same happens with "Chess Titans". Haven't tried all the shortcuts. Can start Control Panel by other methods. Have already tried reinstalling Vista by Upgrading from my DVD. |

| | RE: Start Button Shortcuts don't work I am having the same problem. Control Panel is "empty" and other times all is there. Is the only fix reloading O/S ?
