Where Is Activity Log?

Came down to the machine this morning (running SP1 Basic), and found that it
had rebooted overnight. Is there a process log stored somewhere that can tell
me why, or what was running at the time? Thanks.

Re: Where Is Activity Log?

Hi,

Event Viewer, just type it into the start/search line and hit <enter>. Check
the system and application logs, and possibly the security log as well. All
found under the Windows Logs section.

Re: Where Is Activity Log?

the reboot could be caused by your settings for automatic updates.

Re: Where Is Activity Log?

Definitely have Auto Update turned off. I do see a System Errorlog entry
'unable to initialize the security package Kerberos for server side'. I have
no idea what this is.
