Actually, Microsofts website states that RC1 is available for CPP and that
you should have recived an e-mail in Early Sept. If you were part of the CPP
program from June Or beta 2. However I did not recive this email so I called
Microsoft and was told that the website is not correct, and that currently
it is only available to MSDN and TECHNET. But should be available soon. Go
figure, leave it to MS to post saying that it is available and then not make
it available, and then say ooops our site is wrong but lets not fix it. lol
