Vista - Differences Between Pre-RC1 and RC1?

I cannot find anything within the release notes that indicates any changes
from Pre-RC1 to RC1 (aside from the build number)

Is anyone aware of any bug fixes/changes that occured? Or are both
essentially the same aside from changing the Build number from 5536 to 5600..

The differences vary by machine, my experience is, it installs faster, 71
mins down to 42 mins on my desktop. Its a lot more stable, the nVidia
Geforce drivers from nVidia for RC1 do not work on 5536, more built in
drivers. Also, RC1 is a milestone release which designated as a stable
build.
