| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: cursor auto select As Mark posted, it is a feature of Single Click. You will need to use the Double Click option instead to stop this and be able to select a item by clicking on it once instead. This tutorial will show you how to if needed.
