| | Vista intermittent White Screen I have an HP a1640n Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 running Vista Home Premium. I am plagued with an intermittent blank white screen. I have switched 3 monitors and it still happens. When it occurs, I can get back to work by pressing ctrl-alt-del which takes me to a screen with options to log off change password change user ....and something else.. When I select 'Change User' it takes me to a screen with one option to go to HPAdmin. I click that and am back to where I was. ANY IDEAS what the problem is, and what the solution is??? -- Keep Smiling... Dedko |
