    Log-in input language issue

    Hello,

I've got 2 input languages in Vista x32 Home Premium sp1, english and a
second one, switching between the 2 with alt+shift. All regional settings are
set to the other language/country, except for the "default input language"
setting in "keyboards and languages", which is set to english.
All is ok (all programs start with english as default inp. lang.) EXCEPT for
the log-on screen, which is always set to the 2nd language, instead of
english, thus I have to alt+shift to english every single time.
Is there a way around this?

    Thanks a lot
