I frequently used this before but how in the world do you do it using vista?
On xp it was click on edit I think and you used a find feature.

I personally hold down control and press ''f'' (no quotations) to bring this
option up.

You search the web page in your web browser, using its Search/Find feature.
In Firefox, for example, it's Edit > Find on this Page. Isn't that the
sort of thing you're after?
It's not really a Vista issue - and most if not all browsers would have a
"Find" feature of some sort.

Firefox 2
Netscape 9
Opera 9.27
Avant 11.6
Flock 1.1
Safari 3.1
And probably all of the other upteen browsers that exist. I only use the
ones listed.
If you press, then let go of the 'alt' key, the menu will show up, using
IE7.
