Open the Recycle Bin and sort by folder path.

If you mean can Vista keep track of which files wher used or opened, then I think it can do this for Standard user accounts for which Parental Controls have been enabled. But I could be mistaken...

If you mean can it keep track of changes in files, then you need to enable System Restore Shadow Copies for the drive on which those files are stored. Then, if you accidentally change a file, or delete it and empty the recycle bin, then you can use "Previous Versions" to restore the file...

LOL, I am aware of that option

This is different. I think Vista can keep track of all changes to all files
in a folder. For example you can role back the history to two days ago.

The date and time was 6/6/2008 8:34 AM, and on a whim, Nonny pounded out

Your "dream" has come true:

" Microsoft has announced that Window Vista will contain the Previous
Versions-feature from Windows Server 2003 that is also known as the
Volume Shadow Copy-service.

The standard backup system is available in Windows Vista Ultimate and
Windows Vista Business will be used to forsee files, folders from System
Protection points. The user can recall old files via the file properties
or can be used for undelete purposes."
