| | Removal of icons from search results I have a Windows Vista in my Dell laptop. A curious thing happened when I was looking for a movie file, for example, *.mpeg in the search box in the c:/ drive. And it came up with icons of my old mpeg videos that I deleted earlier. Even when you expand the icons to see the picture of the video you can see it but deleting will give me a message that says it's no long in that file location even though when I do the search those old video files come up. How do I get rid of those video files that are not there but the search result shows them? -- MSM |

| | Re: Removal of icons from search results This happens if the Indexing Catalog is not up to date. Rebuilding the Index should resolve the problem.
