Then choose "properties" from the menu. Then choose the "local file" tab. There you have the option to delete all the messages. Individual messages are deleted by highlighting it and then press the "Delete" key on the keyboard. |

| | Re: Deleting messages Two things you can do. First, View>Current View>Hide read messages. This just hides the read messages. Second: Select your account, e.g. msnews.microsoft.com. You will see each news group and the total number of messages on your computer. Right click your newsgroup. e.g. microsoft.public.windows.vista.general. Select properties, then the Local File tab. Click the Delete button. Click Yes, the OK. This will delete all the messages and headers from your computer. Is this what you want?
