Re: Vista Service Pack 1 Update Damages TCP/IP in Outlook 2007

I am having the exact same problem.

At first I thought maybe it was a virus or spyware, so this weekend I
reformated my hard drive and did a new factory fresh re-install of Vista
Business edition.

Of course the first thing that I did was to download and install Vista
SP1, then installed Office 2007.

Outlook is having the exact same problems. It hangs when I try to reply
to and e-mail.

Zero third party software is installed, other than the required Dell
device drivers for my laptop. No third party software "application
suites" have been installed.

Like the original poster I also use a third party e-mail hosting
company. Im my case App River. Since none of my XP systems at work are
having the problem I can only look to Vista SP1 and Outlook 2007 as the
culprit.

This is driving me nuts.
