User and administrator keep changing.

I put out a question in Vista Games but unfortunately couldn't get the
answer. Putting here on these General Discussion pages with a bigger
readership I hope will do the trick.

On my wife's laptop she is the sole user and as far as I know in everywhere
on the software that a name is called for, her name 'Pat' is entered.
What we don't understand is that when she plays the game Hearts she - Pat -
is the main player but sometimes when she leaves the machine or sometimes
after switching off/on Pat is replaced by 'User.' I cannot see anywhere else
that User might be so that it should be changed to Pat.

This is one of those silly things that is infuriating and any help to solve
it would be very welcome.
