Hello, I been trying to intall the updated for my treo and apparently the
preoblem is that my windows installer system is "stopped".
how can I start it again? I ckick rigth and no option shows!! I tryied to
download the version 4.0 but didi't let me.
I been try for hours to get this fix!!!
coul any one help me? thanks.

Have you tried using system restore to a point before the problem showed up?

Go into the control panel-> Administrative tools-> Services. Find Windows Installer Service in the list. Right click on it then choose start.
