Scanning

Last night my daughter scanned a document into word 2003 on our new VISTA
machine. When she took it to work, she could not open the file on her XP
computer. Is there anything we can do to enable this??
Thanks in advance

Save your files to a format that the two versions of Word can open, or
install a converter (computer at work).

Re: Scanning

Was your daughter using an OCR program when scanning?
