| | Vista Ultimate Monitor/Display Issues Hi guys, i am having major problems with a new gaming pc i just bought. I am running Vista Ultimate and every couple of days when i turn my PC on, my monitor drivers are gone and it wont let me update my Viewsonic monitor drivers either. Normally i restart in safe mode and restart and it works but now it just says in device manager under monitors: Generic Non-PnP Monitor Has anyone had these issues and if so could you please give me some advise on how to resolve. I found that if I power cycle the monitor, (unplug AC from monitor, short wait, and plug back in) the monitor works fine. I have to do this every so often.
