Internet explorer problem

When i view yahoo news videos, the page doesnt have a scroll bar down the
side, resulting in that I cant move the page down to view all the videos in
the menu only the top few which are visible.

Is there any way i can put ascroll bar on the page via the settings on IE7?

Re: Internet explorer problem

The scroll bar should appear when IE7 is functioning normally, unless the particular Web page has a setting/script to show no scroll bar.

First, you should scan for viruses and spyware. Assuming none are found, then you probably have a browser add-on that is causing the problem.

If you are seeing this on every page (no scroll bar), then you may have an add-on that is misbehaving.

In IE7, go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab, 'Manage add-ons' button, in the "Show" drop-down list select "Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer." Make a note of each add-on listed. Disable all the add-ons that are shown. Make a note of all of the add-ons you have disabled. Close and restart IE7. Now, go to a page that you know should have a scroll bar (like this one) and see if a scroll bar appears. If it does, then go back in to "Manage add-ons" and enable the add-ons that you previously disabled one at a time, restarting and checking for the scroll bar after each.

Now, you should know which add-on causes the problem.

If after disabling all add-ons as described above, you still don't see the scroll bar; then, you should go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab and hit the "Reset..." button.

If that doesn't solve your problem, then please post back.

I hope this helps.
