| | Re: Trend mirco missing mail help !! It receives html format and is set to recieve them thats not the main problem here. sorry if I didn't explian the problem accuratly The issue is when I recieve an Email that contains an ad banner or any kind of script Trend Micro somehow blocks it and replaces it with a text version and doesn't offer any way of retrieving the original Email and also doesn't offer any filtering capability to allow trusted content. As about 90% of my Email traffic is made up of these type of Emails, I see this as a very serious problem. | | Re: Trend mirco missing mail help !! I use windows mail. The antispam settings are fine to recieve these Emails and I was getting them fine before I installed Trend Micro and the original messages are not going to my Junk Email folder. below is the notification I get when it blocks an Email I just want to get the original messages but there's no setting in Trend Micro to override this blocking or to retrieve the original Email *** PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS NOTIFICATION. *** Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security has detected a message that may contain malicious contents. The message in question has been attached as a text file to this notification. If you need to read the original message, Trend Micro recommends opening it as a text file. To prevent infection, do not save the original message as a message file (for example, *.msg or *.oft). | | Re: Trend mirco missing mail help !! You need to either disable the email scanning in the antivirus software, or else uninstall it if that is not an option. steve "Will Schuitman" <willsch@bigpond.net.au> wrote in message news:16C1F07E-812A-4ADA-9420-BCEAEB366BF0@microsoft.com... >I use windows mail.
