sticky notes !!

Did anyone realise we have sticky notes program installed? Its not the
notes you get on the sidebar its a better one. I just found it by accident.

Go to start and start to type sticky and you should see it come up. The only
thing is you cannot type onto them. You can use your cursor to write
freehand or you can record a voice note. Without the ability to type on the
note I think it would not be very useful for me as my freehand with a cursor
is wobbly. But its a good start and maybe they will have ability to type
onto the note in the full version.

Re: sticky notes !!

It's a neat feature, but I still prefer the sidebar gadget one

Yes I prefer it as you can type on it, but I wish it was a bit bigger. I
might see if I can get rid of the sidebar and have just the undocked note
running. (Don't like the sidebar) :-)

Yep. I am going to send feedback and request typing ability. Perhaps you
could too as a feature request? The more people who request it the more
likely they are to add it.

I think so too, the windows journal application is the same, can only write
as far as I can see.
It would be a neat little feature if they could enable typing.

I think the app is really intended for a tablet laptop where writing on the
screen with a pen is more the norm. But why not enable both typing and
writing?

Re: sticky notes !!

This sticky note seem to have an additional feature, you can record sound? I
haven't tried it yet.
