| | System Configuration Question Hello, With Windows XP, when you ran msconfig, and rebooted, you got that box with the message about how your settings have changed, and at the bottom there was a checkbox that said something to the extent of "Do not show this message at startup". With Vista, when you run msconfig and reboot, Windows Defender comes up and gives you a message something to the extent of "Some programs have been blocked, click here to see which programs or choose to unblock them". (Again, I'm paraphrasing). But now there's no easy, evident way to not make that message seen at startup. Or is there? There must be, but I'm just not finding it? Thanks in advance, smackedass |

You may have to create short-cuts or go to the exe and set Run as Administrator too, because the those programs are being block because they need their privileges escalated. | | Re: System Configuration Question Maybe you should have someone you know who has a color deficiency (aka color blindness) take a look. I never thought about it but it makes sense to have your own website checked for things like that. Just a thought.
