| | touchpad there is no setting in control panel, mouse, to stop the dble tapping of pad,,,i hate the fact that when u r in something , it may close on me,,,,if no setting in mouse, control panel, then what? -- Tom |

| | Re: touchpad perhaps telling us make and model of your laptop will shed some light. as others have pointed out. If it's not part of the mouse applet in control panel, then there is most likely a separate controller, look on your taskbar near your clock for an icon representing the touchpad, or another program in control panel (i.e. synaptics, or dell, etc..)
