When I add a file to my Sharing Folder it just keeps saying "Synchronizing"
and the file does not send, this has worked fine in the past and the % sent
can be clearly seen, the person I am sending to is online and getting the
same message, what could the problem be? I have checked my Windows Firewall
settings and all seems fine, any help much appreciated.

Which other applications (particularly those making use of the network AND
including those running in the back-ground) are running when you do this?Try
running WLM alone and check if the issue persists.
