Vista folder views keeps changing

I would like it to default to details, but it keeps changing back to large
icons. Any way to fix this?

tia!

Hello Kris,

Method Two in this tutorial should help you with this.

RE: Vista folder views keeps changing

Hello kris,

It happened to me several times already. Did you hear about the program
WinBubble? Download that program and it let's you reset folder views easily.
Go to Specific Tab at the button you can see the "Reset Folder Views" button.

then reboot your pc.

Re: Vista folder views keeps changing

Thanks, In the meantime, I changed view to "classic" and after a few
atte, pts at changing the folders, I believe I've got it - now 95% of the
time I get the "details" format - much better than before.
