| | Server reset during downloads Please can someone help me? I have tried four times this morning to download and save HP Smart Web Printing as suggested on my Problem Reports and Solutions. Each time about halfway through the download I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot download Smart_Web_Printing4.0exe from ftp.hp.com. The connection with the server was reset". Please can you explain in SIMPLE terms how I can overcome this. The download is to fix an intermittent problem I have (sometimes on a daily basis) where my Internet Explorer stops working. I am not computer literate. Thanks, JD |
