Vista Tutorial - ALT + PRINT SCREEN

ALT + PRINT SCREEN

In Vista, this key combo includes windows that are covering the active
window.

Which is odd since each window now has it's own area in Graphics memory.
Anyone know why this is?

Use the Snipping Tool in Vista.
Start,
All Programs,
Accessories,
Snipping Tool.
