| Vista Ultimate x64 | Hundreds of task schedulers running I don't know what happened but for some reason as of late hundreds of task scheduler processes are kicking off. The process is taskeng.exe. I went into task scheduler to try and figure out what is causing it and I couldn't see any scheduled tasks that would be creating all these processes nor any that are running yet I have hundreds off them running? WHen I goto action->display all running tasks in task scheduler mmc and then end all tasks the taskeng processes still do not go away? How does one turn the task scheduler off? Using Vista x64 ultimate with service pack 1. THanks |
