Vista Tutorial - Windows Movie Maker Missing

Hello, I just noticed that Windows Movie Maker is missing, and so are Windows
DVD Maker, and Sound Recorder. I tried doing a search for them but I couldn't
find anything, I looked under all the "All Programs" folders, and found
nothing. Is there another way to find them? Or do I need to re-install them?
If so, where?

Open Windows Photo gallery, and click "Make a Movie.

Click start, and type:
%SystemRoot%\system32\SoundRecorder.exe
Create a shortcut to that, and drop it where you want it when you rightclick
Start, and click "Explore"

Click Start, and type:
DVD Maker
Create a shortcut to that, and drop it where you want it when you rightclick
Start, and click "Explore"
