| | nVidia Control Panel Missing Components I have a PNY GeForce 6600 video card in an HP a1250n computer. I loaded Vista RC1 (5600) and the following nVidia software: Windows Vista x86 RC1 ForceWare Release 95 Version: 96.33 Release Date: September 1, 2006 BETA Driver When I open the nVidia Control Panel, it seems as if there are components missing such as display attributes. How do I set the display attributes? http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h1...rol_panel2.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h1...trol_panel.jpg Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I submitted a case to nVidia but don't really expect to get help from them. |

| | Re: nVidia Control Panel Missing Components What atirbuttes are you looking for? There are alot of features not implemented in the nvidia drivers at the moment, I think. I am experiencing some nasty bugs with the nVidia drivers as well, when i try to change dualhead configurations between my TV and my two monitors, and playing fullscreen video then makes the driver crash.. I have informed nVidia about the problem. -- Ole - André Johansen "Joe Murray" <JoeMurray@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CBE8B00A-ECC8-431B-85CF-D2886F6C000A@microsoft.com... >I have a PNY GeForce 6600 video card in an HP a1250n computer. | | Re: nVidia Control Panel Missing Components The 96.33 driver is an initial release from NVIDIA for RC1 and we hope NVIDIA will release another driver before Vista's final launch but that may not be possible. NVIDIA is already working very hard to try and become the first videocard manufacturer to release a DX10 hardware compatible videocard. There will be more attributes in the final version. regards B "Joe Murray" <JoeMurray@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CBE8B00A-ECC8-431B-85CF-D2886F6C000A@microsoft.com... >I have a PNY GeForce 6600 video card in an HP a1250n computer. | | Re: nVidia Control Panel Missing Components And what? - nobody was telling us that everything works - that's the reason why BETAtests are running. If you want to complain then wait for the final and if there also nothing works come back to nvidia "Joe Murray" <JoeMurray@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:C093800E-C01A-4FD5-AA2E-C22AD71A3EF2@microsoft.com... > You have to be kidding.
