Vista - product key

i need a product key for the vista bata 2 & the rc1 thank you patrick lalonde

I'm going to go on the purely innocent basis that you did not know how to
acquire a product key via the Customer Preview Program(CPP) back in june or
you are not a subscriber to TechNet, though my instinct tells me
otherwise...

You can not simply acquire a key by asking a newsgroup for one. They were
given as a first come first served basis to those on the CPP for beta 2, and
was closed in June for the time being. There has been talk about reopening
it later on, so I will give you the address that I last recall being able to
get it from.

Until they officially re-open the CPP, there is no legitimate way to acquire
a Beta 2/RC1 key except through official MSDN/TechNet channels. Wish you

According to the TechNet Newsletter received earlier CPP is opening again on
14th, Tech Refresh for Office2007 will be available on same day

my dad just purchased a new pc which vista was already installed. I emailed
him with an attachment. when he tried to open the attachment a box popped up
and asked for a product key or a trial product key. he and i are very
confused and don't know how to find his product key can anyone help us out.

You have purchased a new pc with a demo of Office. The trial key should be
in the documentation that came with the PC.
