I get the 'Blue Screen Of Death' randomley when using my computer can anyone help?

Ok so it just happens when it fells like it lol...i could be surfing the net...or deleting files from the recylcle bin...it only tends to happen when im actually doing something (if then computers idle then it stays on no problem) its annoying me as even when games are loading it has happened...i got this information from windows when it searched for the problem:

is that relevant to anything? i tried uninstalling nvidia drivers ect just incase it was those but i still get the bsod. any hel would be great thanks...and if no one can help is there a way to contact microsoft?

Run a memory test. These errors are usually associated with defective
memory. Try moving the memory modules to different slots.
