Windows task Manager

Having a problem with task manager.
When i open the task manager up it has no bar across the top, There are no
controls in the top rigt hand side , so i cant minmise, maximise or close it
down,
Any ideas of how i can resolve this peoblem

Double-click on the edge of the window.

You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back
and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the
border.
