Vista - WordPerfect 12, WordPerfect X3 and X4

Does anyone know if any of these versions of WordPerfect are Vista-compatible?

You should visit the support web site of the manufacturer of
your old software and see if they are supported in Vista.
There may be new software updates available or new versions.

X3 can easily be patched to run on Vista; X4 is Vista-compatible:

Vista Updates - Patches and Updates

X3 (has been patched to run on Vista) and X4 will run on Vista.
