How do I get my original toolbar back

I downloaded some games last night and when I opened my browser this morning
my toolbar and homepage had changed as well as my search engine. How do I get
my old toolbar (I think that's what it's called) back. That's the bar at the
top of the page.

Re: How do I get my original toolbar back

Put the cursor on a blank space to the right of the Help drop-down menu, or
failing that, on the blank tool bar. RIGHT click and choose which bars you
want to see.

Spyware infection & homepage hijack, obviously. Identify the name of
the toolbar and uninstall it from the control panel. also open Internet
Options and re-set your start page to blank. Also change the Search
Settings here. Click apply > OK. You can also select the toolbars as
suggested above by Doug.

I'd suggest you run a 3rd party anti-spy like a-squared or Adaware too.
