| | Uninstall MSN Thanks for taking time to answer, Zach. I am using Verizon with MSN as my internet service provider, because I am not fond of Verizon's site. Are you suggesting I uninstall Verizon? Is this a Verizon issue? I see another post about routers disconnecting--that is now my new issue! Even though the router is approximately 15 ft. away from the laptop. Never ending! Thanks again for your assistance, it is appreciated. |

| | Re: Uninstall MSN I don't know anything about your use of this with Verizon. I'm just suggesting that it appears everything you named so far appeared to be isolated to crashes in MSN, so updating that or uninstalling that would be good quick ways to see if your problems go away. Are you on FiOS or what Verizon connection type? There's various forums that discuss the issues with Verizon FiOS routers. -- Speaking for myself only. | | Re: Uninstall MSN Hey Zach! Think I may have figured it out as no problems for two days. What I did was went into MSN, Internet Options and chose Compatible tab and rolled it back to Windows XP from Vista. Even though the computer did not come loaded with XP, it is reading it as XP. Thanks for your help and my fingers are crossed! "zachd [MSFT]" wrote: Quote: > > I don't know anything about your use of this with Verizon.
