| | Outlook 2007 search failing When I type something into the search box in Outlook 2007 on my Vista SP1 laptop I get the following message: "Instant Search encountered a problem while trying to display search results. Modifying your query may resolve this problem." Well, modifying the query doesn't resolve the problem although it does eventually go away by itself only to return again the next day or so. What is causing this error and how do I fix it or avoid it happening? -- And loving it, -Qu0ll (Rare, not extinct) _________________________________________________ Qu0llSixFour@xxxxxx [Replace the "SixFour" with numbers to email me] |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Outlook 2007 search failing I am sorry to say, that I do not know what is causing this problem, but I heard several times of problems with the Outlook Instant Search. I avoid this problem by using a search tool which is called lookeen. Maybe you want to give it a try. Jo |
