kms troubles

I used some media sent to us by our licensing company for vista and I
installed the business edition (without entering a key)

I have my KMS server set up and activated properly (verified via script,
server is enabled and in 'licensed' state)

My 29 vista machines are not activated however...so I ran

c:\Windows\System32>cscript slmgr.vbs -dli

on the vista machine and I got this output.

Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.7
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

Name: Windows(TM) Vista, Business edition
Description: Windows Operating System - Vista, RETAIL channel
Partial Product Key: MRW4W
License Status: Initial grace period
Time remaining: 4080 minute(s) (2 day(s))

i have no output about the KMS at all, does that mean a wrong version of the
media was used?

-John

Re: kms troubles

found out I was using the wrong key to install, ran a script to change the
key so kms would be enabled....

i remembered reading something about this, but totally slipped my mind when
the time came to do it!
