| | Tool Bar appearing on Documents Page I had to have the Geek Squad remove a program that was corrupted and now have a tool bar on my documents page that is causing all of my folders and documents to be sorted as if in an excel spreadsheet. I could, in error, cause all of them to be removed because the sort box appears whenever my cursor stops next to a folder or document. How can I go back to the original view with no tool bar and no sorting? -- thanks techrep |

Nobody ever has to have the Geek Squad do anything, and just for future reference, they are among the worst and least trustworthy sources for computer service or repair. I wouldn't trust them to unplug my computer from the wall outlet. You would almost always be much better off using a small local company. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP - Windows Desktop Experience Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
