Vista - The shortcut run as administrator does not work?

yxq Vista Ultimate x32 and x64 7 posts	The shortcut run as administrator does not work? Right-click any shortcuts on desktop, and select run as administrator, but no response! right-click the exe file and select run as administrator, that work well. Why? thank you.
