NEED HELP URGENT!!!!

Okay I downloaded the 64 bit Vista. The whole thing is downladed and the icon
is on my desltop. So I clicked it to start the installation. It asked me to
chose a program for it to run. So I clicked Interenet Explorer since it was
recommended. Then its sayts the open, save, cancel thing so I click open.
Then it gets to the file transfer thing (green bars) which is frozen and
doesn't change. Then is goes off and IE 7 opens abd crashes in a second. So
now I have no idea on what to do. I can't redownload the file, it says I have
2 product keys. Should I just get the DVD or just forget about it. Oh and
when does the CPP end? Thanks

NoSpin-

From the sound of it, you're not very familiar with burning images to disk.
Maybe you should wait for the official release to come out so that you don't
have to worry about all that?

Also, the instructions on the download page are very clear about what to do
after you download the file. Please refer to there for what to do next.

Re: NEED HELP URGENT!!!!

You didn't download a data file that can be run by a Windows program. You
didn't download a Windows program. You downloaded the electonic image of a
dvd. Now you have to burn the image to a real dvd so it will work in your
dvd drive.

If you are planning on installing Vista on anything but a test computer
completely apart from your primary home computer or your gaming computer,
DON'T.

As Raven Mill told you, you have not even read the download page. I also
point you to the paragraph in red text on that page.
