| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Printer Keeps Going Offline I have an HP OfficeJet 7210 All-In-One Printer connected to my router It has always worked fine. I recently replaced my old XP laptop with a new laptop running Vista Home 32 bit and since that time, I have an issue with the printer constantly going "offline" at seeming random times. When this occurs, if I attempt to print anything, it shows as "pending" in the print que but does not print until the laptop is rebooted. I thought it may have something to do with the laptop going into sleep mode (as I saw others post about that problem), however, that is not the case with mine ---this morning, I printed a document, then a few minutes later, attempted to print another one and the printer was now "offline". Any ideas? |
