Thumbnail view in Windows Explorer

Hello all,

There are thumbnail view in the Windows Explorer in XP, and no longer there
in Vista...that's a shame...or am i missing something?

It has slideshow, which is nice, but not the same thing.

view medium or large icons will give you thumbnail view
