Vista and American Army, kills my jihad HDD

So I decided to install American Army to my Vista PC, big mistake. First I
downloaded huge 2 gig file with bittorrent and decided to just double-click.
After waiting almost 15minutes(Win-RAR part) of HDD grind it fails to
install, no problem I try good old run as admin(I had UAC on ofc). Nothing
happens for few mins so I go take number 2. After coming back 10mins later
its still nothing except INSANE HDD noise. Seriously it took almost 20mins
before the Win-RAR part even started!!! My question is, wtf is Vista doing on
that 20mins? I don't have antivirus or anything other crap to slow down and
everything else works just fine and smoothy. Oh and in the end I couldn't
even install the stupid game, epic fail.
