Unless the program/installer offers the choice of installing for all users or the current user only, that action is decided for you by the installer and you cannot alter it. -- Richard G. Once you get it install, then you go to the folder and to the exe file in the folder using Explore with the Admin account and you right click-it Properties and to the Security tab. You add the user, by using the Edit button. Once you enter the user's id, then you use the checkname button to verify the user. Then you set the permissions for the user. Then you make sure by using an none admin account of another user to verify permissions.
