| Guest | Unable to open backup archive??? makes no sense! I have had a Vista Home Premium notebook for a bit under 3 months. I use True Image 11 to backup. Never have, never will, use the built-in Windows Backup. A few minutes ago, a screen popped up indicating that the system was unable to open a backup archive. What archive? I've never run Backup. Each time I clicked OK, the message re-appeared, so I had to Shut Down. Message has net yet re-appeared after reboot. What does the message mean? Where are the event logs in Vista? How can I shut off Backup forever? |
