| | Offer remote assistance I'll jump right to the case. Offer remote assistance from Vista to XP doesn't work. Through invitation file sent from XP Vista can connect just fine. Error I'm getting is: Your offer to help could not be sent Check the following: Do you have correct permissions on the remote computer? IIs the remote computer turned on. Is there a network problem? I've administrator rights on both computers. XP to XP offer works just fine so I doubt that this is connected to GP. |
