Offer remote assistance

I'll jump right to the case. Offer remote assistance from Vista to XP
doesn't work. Through invitation file sent from XP Vista can connect just
fine.
Error I'm getting is:
Your offer to help could not be sent
Check the following:
Do you have correct permissions on the remote computer?
IIs the remote computer turned on.
Is there a network problem?

I've administrator rights on both computers.
XP to XP offer works just fine so I doubt that this is connected to GP.

Re: Offer remote assistance

The Offer Remote Assistance feature may not work if you do not open DCOM
Port 135 in the client firewall of a Windows Vista-based computer:

The Offer Remote Assistance feature does not work when you use a VPN to
connect a Windows Vista-based computer to a corporate network :

Use the "Ratings" feature. It helps the new users.
