Data Traveler R driver error on device manager

Hi guys

I've got this error when opening my device manager, seems that the Data
Traveler R device driver isn't working properly,i have my USB stick with
Ready Boost enabled 24/7.

The error says:

"This device is not working properly because Windows can not load the
drivers required for the device. (Code 31)"

If this error happens, this means that ready boost isn't working?
