DVD Maker Almost Complete but Fails

I created a Movie using Windows Movie Maker and am trying to burn it onto a
DVD using Windows DVD Maker. The device is found and working properly, the
DVDs are all working properly as well. The burning process goes through the
entire encoding process plus all other processes and gets to "Finishing disc"
and gets to 98.9% and fails. I have tried every combination of the DVD maker
including slowing the speed and it is one of a very few programs open...any
idea how I can get this to completely finalize and burn onto a DVD? It
writes nothing on the DVD and again, I know the burner is working becuase I
can burn on CD-R and DVDs.

Thanks in advance for your help!
