Re: System Restore Error

No, I use spybot and I did delete it and still no restore system. When I try
to start restore it always sends me a error mesage ( The maximun numbers of
secrets that may be stored in a single system has been exceeded.)(ox80070565).

Re: System Restore Error

Looks like a trojan virus. You could first try the free Avast Antivirus

www.avast.com get the free home edition

download, install ,update and scan - this is pretty good for trojans - if it finds something it can't remove , there is also a free virus removal tool on the same site.

If it won't run you will need to run it in safe mode.

If Avast doesn't find anything try free online scan from

www.trendmicro.com

also download and scan with a-squared Free 3.5 from

www.emsisoft.com

Hope this helps

Re: System Restore Error

Vern,

Spybot is not an antivirus, it is antispyware.

When you have sorted your current problem I suggest you keep using the Avast free home edition as your antivirus - it's the best free one - I use it.

Sorry to hear you are having these problems - hope you get it sorted out
